I've worked in sales and service since the mid 1980's. For nearly 14 years I was a vendor rep for retail department stores, and at times traveled a 9-state Southeastern territory. I had always dreamed of becoming a Realtor, and began to realize my dream when my son Jason entered Auburn University in 1993. 

   I joined Northside Realty in 1994 and what later became Atlanta Communities in 1997. In October 2009, I opted to stay with my office when they made the exhaustive decision to leave a national franchise after many years and open the all-new Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage firm. Our office locations, office support team, and most agent associates remain the same ... with the only change being the NAME ... from "the national franchise name" to "Atlanta". I sold my very first house/home in 1975 ... as a 'For Sale By Owner' ... in 3 weeks for full asking price! I felt I was a natural at it, and looked forward to the day when I could help others get to where they want and need to be. I love being a Realtor!

   I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. My Father served on the Chicago Fire Dept and retired as a Captain after 28 years. Just prior to settling in East Cobb in 1981, we lived as a family in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for a year. Our home there was called a villa, and was very similar to any 3 bedroom 2 bath home in the States, with exceptions such as marble floors and staircase, 12' ceilings, bidets in every bathroom, stucco walls surrounding our 'compound', and very little landscaping!

   Currently I live with my Mother Geri in East Cobb, her cat Lil Rascal, and our Wiemaraner, Misty. My son Jason graduated with a Master's in Business Communications at Auburn University and lives within walking distance to the Marietta Square in his 4rd home ... with his lovely bride Diana. I enjoy walking and playing with Misty, decorating, gardening, music & dance, and travel.
